  The service was good but like the pool and some walls were in pieces. When I where there 2014-2015 winter they were building out the Bike Center. It's good that they have like the Bike Center Gym Tennis Workout program (Pilates etc) and Golf and surface to have that opportunity to have these many sports p. 3 pools = Good. Many sorts of Multisports fields like MC1, MC2, MC3, TC6 etc. Workout = Good Gym = Good Shops/Restaurants = Good Golf = Good Football = Good and much more

  I was going to give them 5 stars because the place is great. Then on my 30th birthday I asked if we could move a meal to the day after as we were going to a nice restaurant and an outing for my birthday. But that was not possible. And over all the service in the reception is slow and not very helpful. Same thing at check in we got the wrong room.

  Not on par with Club La Santa, but definitely a lot to offer those that want the weather of the Canary Islands and to have an active holiday. Friendly staff, a big breakfast buffet (included) and lots of stuff to do. Can recommend going for a hike in the nearby hills, the closest overlook point is only about 15 minutes each way and offers a great view of the ocean and of the resort area.

  A nice hotel, with nice rooms and very friendly staff. The food quality varies a little bit but is overall good. The resort is located within the "mountains". Las Playitas is a small village next to the resort. Next bigger village is Gran Tarajal.
